 not compatable with Nikon D70 January 9, 2009
this fisheye lens is NOT compatable with the Nikon D70. This description says that it is, truth is it wont fit on the 35 mm lens or any other aditional lens. I emailed the company to see what they could do about the issue, 3 times, and i have not gotten a response yet. This is a ripoff company, and a ripoff fisheye lens. Please DO NOT purchase this lens from this company. My opinion is for you to buy one more expensive because it will be woth it, because i wasted my money and theres nothing for me to do about it.

This is how I felt: This seems to have been a waste of money. I can't get the camera to take a pix with it on (I have a Nikon D60). There are no instructions, I have tried every setting imaginable. Would the guy who said it worked just great mind telling the rest of us - HOW? It is screwed on, that isn't the problem. My camera cannot focus with it on.br /br /UNTIL - I found this discussion thread http://www.radiantvista.com/community/showthread.php?t=10313 It helped me get the right settings and now I can actually take pictures with the lens. Wish me luck

I bought this for my wife's D60. It fits just fine on the end of the lens the camera came with. I don't know what the other yahoo's problem with it is, but it works great. Just screw it on to the end of your lense. You may need an adapter, but mine didn't. br /You'll have to turn off your flash if you're using the stock one since the light will hit the fisheye lense since it's so long.

Didn't ever get it to work..the directions are terrible..I guess that's why it's so cheap..

I was not having a lot of expectation with this lenses, but was disappointed to learn that the purpose of my purchase was not satisfied because the lenses are not for nikon D80.
