This has been a great find for me--I have several card readers on my computer but this adapter makes it possible for me to transfer my photos without the use of a cord. Great item and great price.

It is really amazing to watch the prices of these cards drop while storage size increases. A few years ago, I spent more for a 128mb SD card! Couple of things, however:br /br /1.This is a SDHC card, it may not work in an older camera.br /br /2.The reader is black rather than white (as shown)*. If you wish to match a white MacBook, for example, check here:br /br /Sandisk MicroMate SD/ SDHC Memory Card Reader (White, BULK Package)br /br /Card and reader work GREAT, no problems.br /br /* Update 11/14/08: It appears that the picture has been changed to show the correct color for this item... Scan disc June 11, 2008
The scan disc arrived soon after ordered and simplified transferring data from a memory card to the computer. No complaints at all.
