 Second Fuji camera! September 6, 2008
I purchased this camera because I was so pleased with my well used A400. All the features I wanted were in the A900 and I was not disappointed with first photo's!

I got this last summer and i return in 1 day.br /it was heavy awful poor pictures even out door.br /fussy blur pics !br /i do not recommend this bad camera to nobody.

I know little about photography and my husband knows even less. So I needed an easy to use camera that takes great pics. The color of my photos are excellent, and I love the 9MP for cropping into photos. Fuji Finepiz A900 is so easy to use and, little but not too little to hold onto. Small enough so that I can carry it in my purse. I love all of the automatic settings, at least 9 of them, if only it had a 10 pounds thinner mode, or 10 years younger mode ;)

Fujifilm Finepix A900 9MP Digital Camera with 4x Optical Zoom is just another compact camera that takes decent pictures but could have been much better. It is small enough to carry around, Simple Point and Shoot Camera for any user who has no knowledge about cameras, But for serious photography please look elsewhere!br /br /PROS:br /(+) Decent 9MP Capturesbr /(+) Decent battery life and use of Standard AA batteries possiblebr /(+) Compact sizebr /(+) Very nice Macro Shots!br /br /CONS:br /(-) Very poor LCD Preview Screenbr /(-) NO View Finderbr /(-) Poor Flash outputbr /(-) Slower Startup timebr /br /You can probably say "It is okay" if you play less than $150 dollars, But there are cameras out there which can deliver better functionality for the price.br /br /Note: IF you want to use SDHC Memory cards (Greater than 2GB) Make sure that you update the Firmware to 1.10, But in order to update to 1.10 Fujiflim forces one to have a Memory Card in the camera to update! GO Figure!... I was lucky as I had some spare SD cards available for me to finish FW update to 1.10 to accomodate High Capacity SD cards. I was able to use Kingston 4GB SDHC Class4 cards after FW update!.
