it is an ipod touch so it does everything you already know about. the olny thing i would tell you different is that the battery lasts "up to 36 hours" for music playing only under ideal conditions. really it is about 10-12 hours for the normal user. even turning off wifi and the backlight and ever other possible energy saving option the best we have seen is about 14-16. wich is still more then most will need, but it is a far cry from "up to 36" i would recommend getting a plug in charger so it does not always need to have a computer on to charge it. plus apple mentions that after about 400 battery cycles the lith-ion battery may show signs of wear (the ability to play music "up to 36 hours") well if you have to charge it every other day that is about 18 months till you will need a new battery installed by apple. even with all this info, the ipod touch is very cool and fun and nice to have. i will buy one for me soon as the first one was a gift. oh yeah the case is nice too, however it did stop a "y" splitter for using two sets of head phones at once from being inserted completely which caused the sound to be muted somwhat. this was easy to remedy by removing the bottom half of the case while the two of us watched the movie.
 Fits perfectly, no scratching (so far), and looks great. December 13, 2008

Had it for about a week now. It's not bulky and fits perfectly leaving perfect access to all the buttons and connections. Only thing is that when docking to your iHome or anything that requires docking - you need to remove the bottom to fit.br /br /The screen protector that comes with the case goes on nicely and easily too. No bubbles or dust... it took me 30 minutes to do it, only because I wanted to make sure it fit perfectly with the home button and no bubbling occurred.br /br /Definitely a must have for your ipod touch. Get it now!
