I bought this cover for my new 3g iphone and I was looking for protection without losing the beauty look of my white iphone.

This is the nicest looking protection for your iPhone out there. The air jacket is thin, light and black and the face of the iPhone is covered by a transparent film. And it looked really good. For the first week. After the first week, I noticed that the black on the air jacket was rubbing off and clear plastic was noticeable. So it looks pretty cheap now and considering that I paid $35 for it, I'm really not getting what I paid for.

This is a one piece back cover that provides good protection while allowing all buttons and ports on the iPhone 3G. To put it in perspective, this is like wearing an invisible coat... Protects you while allowing what's inside to show beautifully through. Explanation of Rating: br /5 points for Style- Allows the sexy iPhone to be seen au natural.br /3 points for Protection- Prevents scratches on main surfaces and shields against minor drops.br /5 Points for Portability- Slip it in your pocket and have no worries if keys and change are in there too. br /Air Jacket comes with 2 screen protectors (1 Glossy 1 Anti-Glare) to cover the front. This is a minimalist case and leaves half of the silver trim unprotected. Case clips on and off of the iPhone very easily which is great if you use the docking station. br /Minor problem- Where case meets the crest of the phone in the back a line appears that I think comes from oil. Wipe the phone and the case with a microfiber cloth before installing.br /Overall- Expensive*, but most aesthetically pleasing case available for iPhone 3G. br /*purchased at Apple Store, not on Amazon.com.
