Great drive, great price. December 1, 2008
This drive is a great solution for almost any use. It is light, fits in your pocket, and relatively durable. The sliding design is a great plus, as it removes the possibility of losing a cap. However, you do have to be careful of getting it wet because there is no cap to protect the electronics from liquids. Data transfer isn't lightning fast, but is pretty fast for the price. I have had this drive for a few months and haven't had any problems thus far.

Every time I use this flashdrive it is like aliens are testing my intelligence. You try to push it in the port, the connector slides in. You try again. And again. You make sure its locked. Slides in again. You hold it while inserting. Slides in again. Try that a few times, because you got pretty close. Then you try a few different ports. Finally, it connects.br /br /Dont buy this. It sucks.

I decided to purchase the 8GB version after finding the 1GB version inadequate for my needs. Product failed after 2 months of moderate use. Will not use warranty due to information stored on drive.
Great item for a great price November 11, 2008
I purchased this flash drive because I filled up my 2GB Kingston Mini-fun drive and I needed additional storage. I use a Mac at home and a Dell PC at work and this drive works seamlessly between the two. One feature I love about the all the Kingston drives I have purchased is that they do not come pre-loaded with software that pops up and prevents you from fast access to files. I also like that it is retractable (no caps to lose). The only thing I don't like about it is way in which the drive could be hung from a string or keychain. I would recommend this drive for anyone who want an uncomplicated flash drive that does the job.
