Perfect lighting for my product shots.October 29, 2008 I already have a background for shooting my product shots so I bought this lighting system and I am so glad I did. The light it puts out is not too bright but turns out photos with perfect color replication so my product shots are great. Since you shoot without a flash it works especially well with reflective items like silverware, glass or coins. If the photo turns out too dark I found that simply increasing the exposure to +1 generally fixes it. I've also found that this lighting system works great for backlighting glass items and I've gotten some great shots. I would highly recommend this to anyone who already has their own background and just needs good lighting. Otherwise purchase the whole studio kit and you'll be set.
